General Discussion / How do I claim vested balances from merger?
« on: September 30, 2016, 12:48:41 am »
Months ago it was easy to find on OpenLedger how to claim vesting balances for the 2 year vesting from the merger. A few months ago, OpenLedger was updated and I can no longer figure out how to do this.

I have multiple accounts in my wallet, the 'main account' which has a lifetime membership I can see says vesting balances but doesn't show my vesting balance from the merger. However, that was not the account that I originally imported my btsx to and not the account that I used to claim vesting balances in the past. The account that I imported my btsx private key to was just a regular account, when I click on Vesting balances it says this account has no vesting balances....however, I can clearly see in my Overview for this account a long list of many of these type of transactions: "XXX claimed a balance of XXX BTS 3 months ago - 0 BTS" from when I claimed the balances in the past.

Please help me understand what I have to do if you know, thank you.

Technical Support / Annual Membership text needs to be removed
« on: February 27, 2016, 07:27:03 pm »
@svk - sorry If I am alerting the wrong person responsibility for text stuff, I am unsure who handles it.
This text is on the membership page:
"If a lifetime membership is too much you can still get 50% cashback for the next year by becoming an annual subscriber for just 4,000 BTS per year."
- annual memberships disabled, that text should go bye-bye

How much does it cost to cancel an order on the DEX? And why isn't the amount stated when doing so? If there is a cost to cancel, is this fee also partially refunded to a lifetime member?

This is what I see when I click cancel:

Please confirm the transaction
CANCEL ORDER
Order ID   xxxxxxx
Fee paying account   xxxxxxxxx
CONFIRM
CANCEL

The following errors occurred when trying to save your profile:
Text in your signature must be smaller than 7.5pt in size.
Is this a new thing, it seems like a good rule as signatures were getting out of hand.
@fav how are you able to get around this?

Technical Support / Referred User Upgraded, What Should I See
« on: December 11, 2015, 09:36:46 pm »
On CryptoFresh, yesterday I had 11 referrals. Today I have 10. Of the 11 referrals, only 1 was an active user, that 1 account is no longer listed on CryptoFresh as a referred account, so I assume he upgraded to LTM.

That is a good thing, now where do I see evidence of the reward in my account, as I don't see anything via CryptoFresh or OL?

General Discussion / Worker bonuses
« on: November 20, 2015, 06:24:18 am »
What do you think about offering worker bonuses?
The completion date for work we need done on certain things seems to be of significant economic and strategic importance to BitShares, we can add some additional pressure and developer motivation by rewarding early/on-time completion.

Get 80% Cashback on Fees
Lifetime Members get 80% cashback on every transaction fee they pay and qualify to earn referral income from users they register with or referer to the network. A Lifetime membership is just 20,000 BTS.

If a lifetime membership is too much you can still get 50% cashback for the next year by becoming an annual subscriber for just 4,000 BTS per year.
There are two buttons, the first spells the word subscription wrong, uses a b instead of a p.

------
Title "My Favourite Markets" change to "My Favorite Markets" on the trade page.

Below that on the Trade Page, is the word "Filter", the word Filter is written in two different fonts (or boldness)
------
On the Explore --> Blockchain page
What is the subheading "Transaction" mean? Maybe that subheading needs another word(s) to better describe what it is that thing is, i.e. Transactions per Block.

Conf., what does this stand for? I know it is confirmation, but that isn't a normal abbreviation for that word, http://www.abbreviations.com/CONF so maybe it should be spelled out for the sake of an average user.

Openledger / Favorite Icon
« on: November 05, 2015, 02:07:06 am »
Is there a reason that the Open Ledger wallet does not have a FavIcon? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Favicon

While on the topic of favorites, can we change the way it is spelled here "My Favourite Markets" in the wallet, I know it is the English way of spelling it, but it seems inconsistent and even this forum software thinks it is spelled incorrectly.

Technical Support / Referalls from an inaccessible lifetime account
« on: October 23, 2015, 05:11:32 pm »
The referral program using ?r=your-account-name url should be ready to go any day now as BM said it would happen sometime last week and valzav said this week, so I was wondering if an inaccessible lifetime account would still get credit for referrals?

I have been gifted a lifetime account for referring users in BTS1, but with so many keys I am unable to get the web wallet or light client to work for BTS2. Would a user referred by my link still make me the referrer of record even though I haven't yet successfully imported and claimed the balance of the lifetime account?

Technical Support / Importing Help
« on: October 17, 2015, 06:13:25 am »
I was able to transfer my web wallet to the OpenLedger, account and balance worked.

Now with that same OpenLedger wallet, i try to import from .9.3c I have issues...
When I try to import keys.json from .9.3c, I get the "Password matches, Loading...", then after 10 minutes it shows the accounts and the 70,000 private keys, but it says no balance at the bottom, I click import anyway. I let it run, the first time I did this it loaded for hours, second time for 24 hours, but both times it just shows the circle loading endlessly. When I stop it, the accounts are in my wallet, but they have no balance, clicking balance claims gets it endlessly loading again saying Loading balance claims... When I try to import again, it says "This wallet has already been imported." If I close the browser, when I reopen OpenLedger only the original web wallet account is there, and all the other accounts that were imported via .9.3c are not visible as if I never imported them into this wallet.

What am I doing wrong?
