wallet_collect_vested_balances <account name> is not possible without a small balance...
Or am I jumping the gun and its not yet activated yet?
Unless you participated in the presale I think you need to wait till the first of July to collect any vested balance. There's a starting date shown when you use the "wallet_account_vested_balances" command (I think that's the right command but not 100% sure).

First impressions 0.6.1.
Very Impressive. I like the new markets page with the Market-Pegged assets listings. Nice to see the Oil feeds increasing.
Any plans for wallet keyboard shortcuts:
eg for starters
F1 Dash
F2 Exchange
F3 Delegates
F4 Transfer
F6 Console

It is not possible to obtain bitOil until 51 delegates provide feeds.

The 2 delegates currently providing a feed - and any others incoming - should gain a lot of support.
