Did you make the deposit prior to 4.8... if so importing your old 4.7 wallet might also fix it.
Prior to upgrading 0.4.7 the client was working fine and I did the transfer. But the hard fork which was introduced by the 0.4.7 upgrade did the damage. So until now, the dispute over at the poloniex side has not been successfully resolved for the reason they cannot verify if the deposit was valid or not.

Since I have a Mac and .exe was not available at that moment I have installed the dmg package version 0.4.9 first . I let the blockchain sync without importing my wallet . After the blockchain has been synched, I've imported the .json file and do a rescan. That's it although one transfer transaction to poloniexwallet is still has UNKNOWN status. I still recovered much btsx that have been in the market, and felt happy, that I even earned bitusd from it.

I honestly hope these UNKNOWN bugs will go away . Its been on my wallet and I can not do transactions further to lose even more BTSX. Its hopeless.

unfortunately I cant find it . I hope the UNKNOWN display bug would be fix soon, although I am not hoping to recover my 1.99 bitUSD, I still need the transaction history for the others.

My newly created orders disappeared again after upgrading to 0.4.8a, and the transaction history indicated UNKNOWN. It seems a serious bug, because users can not get their fund back unless the market order is dealt with. Not only me, more and more people are encountering this bug.
Its been a lot of this .

I have the same situation. All of my market transactions plus one transfer to account "poloniexwallet" turn into UNKNOWN and BTSXs are gone.

if it is valid? because I was deducted 5000 BTSX but the recipient (poloniexwallet) got nothing . I cant verify this on my wallet because of UNKNOWN recipient bug in latest version. Thank you.
