Stakeholder Proposals / Re: fee reduction for P2P transactions.
« on: January 01, 2018, 09:34:01 pm »
http://cryptofresh.com/fees

Let's make a list of changes to the fee schedule and get it pushed out by the committee.

@Customminer that is a great idea however we need to find a dev and create a BSIP.  @pc any chance you are looking for additional BSIP work?

OpenLedger has always been a stand up company.  They have built their business on top of the BitShares blockchain to show extra transparency other exchanges do not.

A support ticket is your best bet to get any issues sorted out.

Additionally, there are other methods to get tokens into the exchange.  Blocktrades, RuDex, Gdex, etc...  They are all just gateways or bridges to move in and out of BitShares.

Openledger / Re: where to report bugs with the ui?
« on: January 01, 2018, 09:28:27 pm »
There is also a difference in UI based on what wallet you are using.  The downloadable wallet and OpenLedger wallet may vary as well.

64
Many users would also feel more comfortable using this if a BitShares dev peer reviewed the code.  That would also help iron out any bugs and speed development.  Perhaps Alfredo or Abit could help with this?

Well based on what you have done the next logical step is to simply try it on a Windows based machine.  You do not have any friends or family that have one?

Another option is to send the wallet files to a trusted individual on this site so they can try to get it working for you.  Might sound risky, but there are honest people around here.

Meta / Re: do you have modify the trade logic in this fork?
« on: December 20, 2017, 05:28:24 am »
I have confirmed
it's very easy to develop a script  to attack the margin call orders.
and very danger to the system.

this is another fuck flaw because of this BSIP18 fork.

Can you please describe this to the dev's in private?  For the sake of BitShares, work with the dev's to make BitShares better!

Dan has moved on a while back from this project.  While he may have spear headed the project, BitShares in the end is a community driven project.  You can not blame one person or another...

I responded with some questions in your other thread.

Do you know what version you started this procedure with?  IE what version did you first export that wallet from?

Did you try this on a Windows OS?

Have you followed the instructions here: http://docs.bitshares.org/bitshares/migration/howto-exporting-wallet.html

General Discussion / Re: 5+ character assets should be cheaper

You raise a good point.  Perhaps Life Time Members should receive the reduction up front instead of on the back end?

@fluxer555 has helped many people with these types of issues.  Try sending him a personal message on here.

Technical Support / Re: Balance in 0.4.27.2 not showing in 2.0?

Once imported into 2.0, did you try claiming the balance?  This is under Settings > Local Wallet >Balance Claims.

Technical Support / Re: Open Ledger withdrawal issue
« on: December 16, 2017, 06:53:20 pm »
Just so everyone knows there is more then one gateway to move in and out of BitShares.  OpenLedger is one however there is also blocktrades and RuDEX.  You can see these under the deposit and withdraw tab.  All of them have different fee's however and do not deposit or withdraw all available tokens.

BTC issues could be stemming from the huge backlog of transactions on the bitcoin blockchain: https://blockchain.info/charts/mempool-count

I'm sure it's not helping that the BTC blockchain is heavily backlogged with transactions.

With the current backlog of transactions on the bitcoin blockchain its hard getting anything done with btc!  I'm sure OpenLedger will respond.  Could be something simple where the tx is stuck because the fee is too low to get it moving.

Have you tried sending them something through the bts wallet?  You can include a memo.
