General Discussion / Re: Error in AGS distribution/AGS explorer
« on: October 22, 2014, 01:57:23 pm »
Is there a way to get the AGS explorer to merge the change addresses from my wallet and give a sum total of all my AGS and share distribution?

AGS explorer cannot know what your change addresses are.

A couple of years from now, you will have wealth that is completely unfathomable to you now.

That's exactly the kind of argument I've seen for every other shitcoin out there. You're not doing anyone a favour by dragging BTSX down to that level.

1413
There are still snapshots for PTS planned by Play so PTS will go on for its own sake...

Huh??? I thought the whole point of your proposal was to have one Super-DAC?
If PTS will stay alive and will still be used by future DACs, the why integrate it into BTS?

So make a clear, rational and compelling argument as others are attempting.  BM will listen.

With the proposal, BM is single-handedly disowning holders of PTS, AGS, DNS and partially BTSX.

He is single-handedly cancelling the social contract regarding PTS and AGS.

I'm calling it single-handedly because 159 forum users can hardly be called a representative majority. (Btw, that majority has just dropped below 75%.)

You cannot do either in a real world situation. And if you try the SEC (or your local equivalent) will give you the kick in the ass that you deserve.

Deutsch (German) / Re: Bzgl. "Proposed Allocation for Merger"
« on: October 22, 2014, 10:25:35 am »
Hi,

Z.B. "pacta sunt servanda".

Ich blicke im Moment auch nicht durch ..

Suggestion: CNO should set up a proper DNS seeder.

KeyID / Re: Delete Account
« on: October 22, 2014, 10:15:33 am »
1) Dump the private key of the account you want.
2) Create a new wallet and import that private key.
3) Forget about the first wallet.
That doesn't really delete the account, though. You just can't access it anymore.

All what has been publishes was a proposal ...

This half-baked and incomplete "proposal"  is much more than that:
This is a semi-final proposal that will be adopted and implemented unless someone has a VERY compelling argument.

KeyID / Re: Toast - thank you in destroying my just bought DNS
« on: October 22, 2014, 07:50:40 am »

And at the end of the day he is still guilty because you bought DNS?

Obviously not. He's guilty because he just handed over KeyID to BitShares without even asking DNS shareholders. So every DNS investor can rightfully feel ripped off.

Just like PTS and AGS shareholders aren't even being asked about this so-called "merger". It's just stuffed down their throats and nobody cares if they want it or not.

  A DAC operating system.

Oh, great. An operating system where a majority decides what's good for me (and for others that haven't even been asked as well). Where "majority" means bm and 100 believers screaming hooray at every word from his sacred mouth.

Just what I've been waiting for.

Please check all your change addresses as well. For example, the second donation in your list is actually from PrtW8Kk34WSRfsStVLJpyRNDEZWsJqiKJ4, which is the change address used by the fourth transaction in your list.

3% VOTE
3% DNS
7% PTS
7% AGS
80% BTSX

So, to recap: there will be 2.5 billion BTS. 3% of these are allocated to DNS, that's 75 million BTS. The initial allocation of DNS granted 10% to toast, that's 7.5 million BTS or about 200.000 USD at current price. IOW toast will receive 200k USD for bringing the DNS chain to the point where it is now, which is little more than an initial clone of the bitshares toolkit?

And you call that a "merger" and "capital infusion"? Oh boy.

Toast will not be including his developer grant.

Thanks for the clarification. What about the currently unallocated 50% DNS?

General Discussion / Re: best solution for merging ags、pts and btsx

Finding what AGS is worth is the hardest part. The fairest way is take the average prices of BTC and PTS over the AGS donation period and the multiply it to the amounts of each coin donated. Add those two together.  This will give you the averaged out cap of AGS.

Actually, what AGS is worth is the easiest part. It is irrelevant how much BTC/PTS was paid for AGS. It is only relevant how much AGS holders would have received in future DACs. The conclusion is that the total AGS value is the same as the total PTS value.
