Oui c'est possible de le faire de cette maniere mais je deconseille Poloniex  trop de problème dernierement avec cette ecange. Tu peux aussi acheter ton btc ou eth ensuite les envoyer directement dans ton portefeille Openledger et ensuite vendre ton btc ou eth direct dans ton porteufeuille, mais si tu es deboutant c'est plus complex cette route puisque tu dois connaitre un peu le DEX pour etre sur de bien faire. Aussi quand tu fais un transfer vers Openledger commence toujours par un petit montant et quand tu es sur que tout a bien passer tu peux envoyer le tout. Temporairement les depot en argent sur Openledger sont arreté mais ca va repredre bientot.
Le hardware wallet c'est pas encore dévloppé pour Bitshares pour le moment tout simplement. Mais c'est possible que soit developpé bientot.

La communauté français n'a jamais était très grande ici. Aussi la plus part des activités se passent dans Bitshare telegrame maintenant. Ocash je pense que c'avance mais effectivement pas de nouvelles en ce moment.
 

To me, that was the main idea of the DEX and only smart coins give you true decentralized exchange. Imagine if OL is going down and all these people are stuck with open.xxx. This will just kill completely Bitshares. OL much better then a classic exchange it is still a single point of failure for the DEX.
I guess the smart coin idea never caught up for alts because of the low liquidity of smart coins, not sure how your proposal solves that.  Imagine OL issuing smart coins instead of UA.

There is a screen shot headed by Once in Permissions, click the little key icon under Owner Permissions

In this screen shot there is a red circle drawn around the "key" icon. The suggestion is you click on it, I KNOW this because it says "click the little key icon".
Except its not clickable in my wallet, which is unlocked.

I know how to obtain a private key, have done it many times, but cannot click through on the icon, as stated in my previous post.

Ok I see....  On the right on the key icon do you see the account key? If yes you can click there too it should open the same thing as the key.

Private key has nothing to do with the Blochain being out of sync.
You need to click "SHOW" to see the private key look on the tutorial again you'll see, you should not click on private key as there is no link to click.
