¿Está creado el proxy, ya? No lo veo.

Sería bueno poder tener un proxy hispano :)

How often do you guys organize meetups? Are you building something together?

The Bitcoin and related community is pretty active, principally in Buenos Aires. We are doing around 3-6 big meetups per year. Our meetup group is one of the biggest worldwide.

Here is a new conspiracy theory for you:  maybe bter has been cashing everyone's vested BTS balances from all that PTS all along, and then dumping it at btc38 to try to recover the money they lost.

Interesting. Anyone has any idea on how to check this? Maybe just checking vested balances associated with BTS/PTS deposit addresses?

To check your original vesting balances in the console the command now is:

Code: [Select]
wallet_account_vesting_balances <account>

General Discussion / Re: Streamium.io
« on: September 07, 2015, 02:33:38 am »
I love Pay-Per-View (PPV). I turn on the tube, pay a few bucks, watch the event, no commercials, turn off the tube, done deal.
I have tried repeatedly (/index.php/topic,18151.msg233015.html#msg233015) to contact the guys at Streamium to no avail.
@fran2k Can someone here please summon them for me via PM, email, twitter, etc.?
I'd like them to accept Smartcoins, and, get their UIA created/traded, ie:
bitsharesblocks.com/asset/orderbook?asset=STREAMIUM
I really want to show them off at the Expo:

Contact sent by PM. ;)

Thank you @fran2k :)

I just emailed them, and Manuel just sent me a tweet too, so this is looking good now. I'd like Streamium to live-broadcast the BitShares Munich Expo, accept Smartcoins for the PPV'ers and help them grow their app development by creating a UIA with us. Thanx again fran2k!

Wish me luck!

Great news, good luck at the event!

Technical Support / Re: Bitshares 2.0 Questions
« on: August 31, 2015, 05:03:34 am »
How long until 2.0 comes out and is 1.0 dead or is it still being used? Will Bitshares compete with Ethereum?

Clearly you haven't read other posts here on the forum that address this very question.

That's OK, I know how daunting finding info here can be.

Everyone's 1.0 stake will be transferred entirely 1 to 1 into BTS 2.0. No worries at all. Buy now while the price is ultra low!

bitshares 0.9.x is currently in use.  BTS 2.0 feature freeze date is in about a week and the snapshot will be taken 30 days after that and BTS 2.0 will be trading.  Approximately 4 weeks until release. BTS 0.9.x will be used all the way until the snapshot, in which all your 0.9.x shares will be converted to 2.0 shares.

Of course the dates could change if a major bug is found.

Source of the supposed snapshot date? Snapshot date announcement will need major diffusion from the community.

I am also looking for streaming, thanks Ken for the streamium idea.

+5% Definitely. I was thinking I could raise money for BitShares POS with streamium too.
Supposedly they pay you in BTC as soon as you end your stream.

I personally know the developers of Streamium, as they are Argentinians. I could bring them any proposal if there is any.

« on: August 27, 2015, 05:14:34 am »
But I honestly know nothing about what the marketing delegates are doing, I have no info. Could someone update me?

They all stopped marketing and have been donating their funds to stuff like minebitshares.

All the information is in our thread. Please post there any question or suggestion.

Just another casino of the blockchain... Super disruptive potential here, but they clearly launched the IPO with very good timing, as the first Ethereum DApp, while early ETH investors are cashing out 10x profits.
