And whats the difference between this and the IRC webchat?

The only difference is that you can not connect with an IRC client and its yet another open window :/

I didn't know about cryptmarketcap, only coinmarketcap. I can contact them too. They could use my API aswell. Do they have a bct thread?

do you have an account on the quarks forum? or anyone? the API is http://q39.protoshar.es/pts/coincap.json

Great to see you will honour PTS. Watching closely.

Regarding honouring AGS, I guess it depends whether you get some direct help from I3.

Where did you see that they're honoring PTS?

You could try reading the first post first :)
we have considered to maybe honor PTS.

MemoryCoin / Re: [ANN] Coaex - MemoryCoin Gold Exchange

Thanks donschoe for your wonderful support. The delivery to your country seems faster than I expected and with reliable tracking information. It took 8 days to be delivered to your door :)
Please accept the gold as a gift for supporting Coaex.
Additionally, I will add more promotional gold offers in the near future.

You're welcome & thanks :)

I sent the gold to donshoe today. We will see if order tracking is available for the relevant country. We will share further details.

Recieved 1g of gold today from Coaex. Looks legit. :)

I'd call this service trustworthy. If you have any issues with Coaex, contact me and I will review it.

BitShares PTS / Re: Anyone remember these prices?
« on: January 21, 2014, 09:38:00 am »
Am I missing something? Are we not basically at those prices yet again? We are at .013btc/pts on Cryptsy. And who's surprised?
Yes, you missed the age of this thread.

Would be nice to extend the bounty to find out the details of the inconsistency.

My API looks good and I checked it multiple times. So who wants to crawl block explorers and find out which displays the most accurate information?

Keyhotee / Re: Keyhotee wallet and support for altcoins

+1 subscribing.

That's an interesting question. Since Keyhotee is open source I guess everyone could add his own coin using a pull request on github.

Testz, could you check out this thread? https://bitsharestalk.org/index.php?topic=1963.0

Would it be possible to create an AGS-branch of the bitcoin wallet aswell?

Sure everything possible and I already think about this, the main problem as I can see that if http://angelshares.info will be offline or something goes wrong with API we need somehow to notify user about problems, and for now I doesn't see the elegant solution for this but I will keep thinking and looking into client code, maybe I will manage to show such kind of notifications as bitcoin style client alerts.

As a backup, there is also my API available. http://q39.protoshar.es/ags/3/balances.json

In theory every client could calculate AGS balances with its own SCAN of the blockchain?
Yes, it's right way to do this, it's more complicated to do but I will try to look for this as well.

Every client has to run in -txindex=1 -reindex=1 mode for that, but this would be the best approach.

Created an JSON API for all AGS-balances which will be used in the tool.

https://bitsharestalk.org/index.php?topic=2066.0

Good progress!

So now what's left is a crossplatform QT GUI code quering bitcoind or protosharesd for the addresses, and displaying the balance as in the json?

Yes, something like that: https://bitsharestalk.org/index.php?topic=2448.0
I think testz qualifies for that bounty :)

MemoryCoin / Re: MemoryCoin Wallet 0.8.581 Bug
« on: January 19, 2014, 07:43:43 pm »
What are you seeing with wallet encryption?
I immediately encrypted again. It was not encrypted when I installed over the older client.

Wallet decryption is impossible without your passphrase by design. Could you explain more detailed what you experienced?

If it's true you might have discoverd a serious security issue in either BDB or Bitcoin.
