I see you can trade, so in control. I'm not trying guess what is your problem, but if you can send from mf-tzo to your other accounts then do it.

There was a snapshot half year ago, if you had BTS balance during that time your BTS key is valid on Peerplays blockchain - something like that.

Well, it looks like something wrong with your connection/machine. I don't understand tech enough to give you advices. Maybe ask your provider.

Cryptofresh shows that you made 3 withdrawals. In case of wrong BTC address it should be refunded - if not: write for support ( e-mail on the withdrawal page)

When you create a new wallet a brain key is generated for you (unless you supply one), and any accounts created with that wallet can be recovered with that brain key.
So each account has  key set derived from master brainkey (from wallet that hold accounts)? Wouldn't that mean I can register infinite number of accounts with same key or oposite: infinite number of keys from one brainkey? Finally, how brainkey "knows" all created accounts if it doesn't change?

wallet = bin backup with keys
account = nickname

Openledger / Re: Help with Withdrawal - OPEN.BTC and OPEN.INCNT
« on: June 02, 2017, 10:38:58 pm »
OPEN is a prefix for Openledger's assets (not all of them), but it's hidden in GUI  to make it newbie friendly and avoid confusion. So OPEN.BTC  = BTC backed by Openledger.

Make your check
Step 1:
http://cryptofresh.com/u/your_account_name_here

If you see your withdrawals there:
Search for "your" bitcoin adress on blockchain.info

If you can't find your transaction there - It's mean that your withdrawal was not processed: write to Openledger's support
If you find your transaction there:
If unconfirmed - you can only wait ( BTC sucks)
if confirmed - write to bitrex support

I think question should be: does that expose all the wallets (accounts)  that application (wallet app) holds?. And yes, you're correct - it doesn't.
Brainkey (private key seed) should be keep cold on paper, just in case you lost your backups or forget password. Now, if someone stole your backup he still need a password.

Yes, old backup - old password.
