(...) and to settle the debt we need to deposit 100% on top of double collateral.
You can set your CR = MCR and wait for margin call. If there is enough buyers close to feed, you shouldn't be at loss. This is maybe not what you want, but  will close your whole position without additional funds.
OR
If you have safe CR, you can reduce it for a moment, use funds to partially cover your debt - at the end you have still 0 funds, but better CR, so you can repeat your operation with better effect each step.
For example: 2.0 => 1.8 => 2.25 ... 2.25 =>1.8 => 3.2

Am I wrong?

I don't understand why we need to do it?
Our MPA is already on the market.
We don't ask for permission, we're offering collaboration.
Ok, but:

We'll change RUBLE to BitRUBLE 1:1, and then close positions and stop price feed on RUBLE
So I gave you simplest solution to make it happen today.
You can even have "bitRUBLE" ("bit" is added in GUI layer anyway.)

It's more about eliminating single point of failure than asking for permission. For now, one account is in total control. If you can build multisig group that you and others can trust then you're in home. You don't need witnesses as feed producers either.

I'm sorry to here that. Looks like your backup is empty ( no account inside).

Try it from your "Z" account:
   go options/wallet/new wallet
   backup that new wallet.
  Clear cache, load.

This is what you get.

I hope you didn't lost much. For the future, you can make backup for ways:  On paper:  brainkey, private key - which you can import into empty wallet, or just bin file.

You can transfer ownership to committee-account, if they agree.

Changing the issuer

The current issuer of an asset may transfer ownership of the asset to someone else by changing the issuer in the asset’s settings.

Yeah, but all  parameters can be changed by 1 person, including feed.

I think  many crypto traders need a tool to  secure their profits without risk. CNY/USD is an answer and survived damn long downtrend and major swings without failure. Build trust on that. Advertise  as store of value (you will not earn, but not loose either).

Single account issuer isn't good approach to build trust.

You can try import your wallet at bitshares.org/wallet or download client at bitshares.org/download - it's little different. I guess step by step instruction is not required in your case.
Just click "create account" and next "use the wallet model" - there you can restore.
I've checked my older backups without problems, so don't know why your backup not work.

Just came to my mind. Did you try switching to advanced mode? Maybe here lays your problem. Importing on openledger.info works fine, just tested

Go to dashboard (top left bitshares icon). Click your account name under Accounts list. If account list is empty don't worry, just tell me what webpage you're using and will lead you step by step.

Password login model doesn't work to well. The main reason behind is: wallet is created but  account is not loading after creation and  user is suggested that he's in. If he click "Dashboard" from "Get started" screen,  he will see "create wallet" page again.  He may spot "login with password"  but  this is not enough. I'm trying with Firefox now. In order to login with password and have my account visible I must navigate to my account overview page, which is possible from Dashboard, but its sucks a lot. I guess most people just give up. You can easily check that by clearing storage.

To compare:
I was forced to clear my light wallet local storage ( had volume sorting bug in "my markets", and this appeared as only possible fix). After that I import wallet with succes, but my account wasn't visble in dashboard. So the only way to navigate to my overview page was through explore/accounts searching.

So i think here is the answer: after wallet is loaded/account created,  next step must lead to overview page.

Can I ask about your plans? Frankly speaking, I'm starting to panic.

You can borrow (0%) and make profit yourself. Be your own bank, truly.
