I'd like the blockchain launched because nothing starts out perfect and eventually needs to be worked with. Although it won't be user friendly, it'll be out there and not just something in development. But I do want everything to be done right, I'm ok with waiting for other features.

I believe public-key cryptography is the future of the internet and once it starts rolling I would like to see Keyhotee pre-loaded on every brand new computer. Those are high hopes though, with new technology comes new competition and we'll just have to see if one of the pioneers of public key cryptography lasts all 10 rounds.

Your Founder ID account has an assigned AGS balance based on your founder donation, which you'll be able to claim using your registered founder key pair.

Well I registered my founders ID via the website and through PM but that was a while ago, not sure If I have to re-register?
You should be fine, but you could run the new 0.5.5 version and make sure that you can generate the same ID from memory. That version should also confirm whether it's registered properly or not.
Yes I updated to 0.5.5 a couple days ago and it says I'm a Keyhotee Founder registered with 200 points. Not sure what the points are but we'll find out eventually.

Hey I've been away from the forums for a while and was wondering whats new? Bitshares X release date, ETA for Keyhotee new features...etc. I'm a Founder so I think I'm supposed to get a % of Bitshares/Angelshares when they're released, but not sure how to get my hands on them or where to get the wallets...etc

It's unrelated to the reputation system that will be used once the blockchain is launched.I'm not following every thread, so my question is:Yes, launch Keyhotee and go to the contact view info for your identity, if it's registered in the name server, it will show points beside the name, like this:
Is there a way to quickly check the status of the own Keyhotee founder ID?
(I mean like an online check which just says "Your ID will be in the genesis block" or "will NOT be..." or "is currently unknown"... something like that)
Note this only happens after the Keyhotee rgistration server is updated from the latest web form submissions, which we manually do every couple of days. Next planned update is Friday night.
Will people be able to buy points for their account with BitShares?
Where those points are it says "Unregistered" on mine. But it still says "Keyhotee Founder" beside it.

You'd be best to PM Stan about it but I doubt Founder IDs are available anymore.

ypool can abuse it, which doesn't mean they are, but the fact that they are able to will drive the price down. We need to boycott ypool.
