更新：
Beet 钱包其实在9月底发了个候选版本 Release Candidate v0.15.0-rc1 ，经过10月和11月的开发，预计很快会再发个候选版本 rc2
手机钱包方面，小夏本月发布了7.16版本，主要是离线钱包账号注册和管理功能
网页钱包方面，主要是bug修复

另：由于市场行情低迷，理事会资金难以继续支撑，本月款项支付后，下月开始暂停支付。

BitShares Testnet version `test-6.1.2` was released today: https://github.com/bitshares/bitshares-core/releases/tag/test-6.1.2 , with a fix to a logging issue introduced in version `test-6.1.1`.

All Testnet nodes are recommended to be upgraded, although not required.

修复 test-6.1.1 版本中的一个日志问题。

建议所有测试网节点升级，但不是必须。

BitShares Testnet release test-6.1.1 https://github.com/bitshares/bitshares-core/releases/tag/test-6.1.1 mainly with fixes to the Elastic Search plugins.

Testnet nodes running version test-6.1.0 with the `elasticsearch` plugin or the `es_objects` plugin enabled need to be upgraded. Other Testnet nodes are recommended to be upgraded, although not required.

测试网新版 test-6.1.1 已发布: https://github.com/bitshares/bitshares-core/releases/tag/test-6.1.1 。

主要修复 test-6.1.0 版本中的ES插件相关问题。

启用了ES插件的 test-6.1.0 版本测试网节点需要升级，其他测试网节点建议升级，但不是必须。
