Your welcome :)

Thanks donshoe, that's nice and straight forward.  Stupid request - Is it possible to reverse sort it?  The most recent line of the current day has the most useful information for decision making but it's allll the way at the bottom :).

The script is appending new information as they appear in the blockchain. prepending the output would be more difficult.
Just use the bot on IRC to get fast information. everyone does. :)

Updated, also accepting MMC and BTC

WTS 600 PTS @ 50.000 MMC = 30,000 MMC
WTS 600 PTS @ 00.800 LTC = 480 LTC
WTS 600 PTS @ 00.025 BTC = 15 BTC

You can use command line args to start parsing at a certain day. To get today's stats only, just run it with:

Code: [Select]
$ ruby pts_chain.rb 38069

MemoryCoin / Re: [CHA][VOTE] Proposal for Charity
« on: January 03, 2014, 09:12:36 am »
I really quite like this idea, but I'd suggest a few modifications to your proposal - I think it would be better if you charged a fixed administration fee in Euros or Dollars, not a percentage. The value of the grant can vary widely but the administration of it is a fairly fixed cost. I don't see that you need infrastructure. I'd also recommend weekly reports on the three charities chosen.
Thanks for your feedback. Your thoughts are quite constructive for my proposal. I will drop the administration fee, this is not needed for the job and better for the identity of the charity award. Rewards will be 100% charity.

And weekly reports are no problem either.

What do you mean by infrastructure by the way, you weren't very clear but its really quite a simple job. MMC to exchange, exchange to charity.

I plan to communicate the Charity Award in a way people recieving donations understand where they come from and why. That's why I proposed a weblog in the original post and a charity logo. This will draw some attention to the MMC not only as "yet another altcoin" but a serious project and community.

But I have to admit I was rethinking this whole proposal and I wont need any additional coins for that. The blog and logo can be provided by the CMO funds. That's what marketing is for, isnt it?  ;)

MemoryCoin / Re: voting uncertainties
« on: January 03, 2014, 08:57:06 am »
To make my balance count for the vote, do I have to move them back? How does that work? That would be a pain to explain voters.

What about that issue? Is it an issue? That would explain that my votes wont show up unless the voter knows what he is doing or I'm voting for myself...

Technical Support / Re: How to encode a PTS address?
« on: January 03, 2014, 08:52:06 am »
Which part of this diagram does your string correspond to?

https://en.bitcoin.it/w/images/en/9/9b/PubKeyToAddr.png

You should be able to follow that diagram, except use 0x38 as the network byte.
Why 38? PTS should be 56?

The ASM hash is not in that diagram. It's difficult.

Look at this post http://bitcoin.stackexchange.com/a/8864/6441
He is doing what I need but I cant interpret his python code, he is showing it as example but not explaining what he is doing or why and where he got the information from...
