买保险的注意事项：
（1）意外险和重疾险没买足的情况下不要买分红险。保险首先是加杠杆的金融工具，其后才是理财工具。意外险和重疾险的杠杆高，分红险基本没杠杆。

例如茄子从我这里买一份保额10万的重疾险（国寿福），年缴保费3500元。假设其中的佣金1500元，我就用其购买BTS，然后3倍抵押出500bitCNY,用于奖励茄子。

这个计划的意义：冻结1500元价值的BTS,增加500元的bitCNY.

风险：万一被清算，算不上什么损失。茄子有重疾保障，我有后续的保费收入。

The budget is not for website , is for mockup.
